The dust covered face of a young boy in Jordans first Syrian Refugee Camp

Sun scorched and sand battered, I visited Jordan’s first official Syrian Refugee Camp in Al Zaatari near the northern Jordanian province of Al Mafraq, the tented facility is currently home to over 2500 displaced Syrians with enough tents for 10,000 and the space to expand and accomodate 100,000 refugees.
